About: Stark City Limits is a story about a dystopian city, closed off from the rest of the world. When the earth turned toxic and mutation set in, those left unaffected were quarantined in a dome-covered city. More than a hundred years have passed and life continues on the inside. Everett will discover what price must be paid to survive in the last inhabitable slice of the planet. And what price must be paid to be himself.
